Robert H. O'Hair of the Mount Shasta firm of O'Hair Construction Co. must quit the work which is producing materials for the G-O Road and secure the necessary permits to continue work. Residents near the site of operation complained about dust, noise and potential dangers, along with destruction of land around the river.
