Six Rivers National Forest- Gasquet-Orleans Road
Abstract
Marilyn Miles said that local Native Americans planned to tour the area this weekend to see if any logging or road cutting has occurred recently. The Forest Service claims it gave no one permission to transport equipment across the road, but the logger said he did receive permission. The timing of this incident coincides with several Indian religious ceremonies.
