The flyer states, "It is expected that Senator Daniel Inouye will introduce amendments to AIRFA into congress on Earth Day April 22nd 1993, calling for religious freedom for earth-based cultures an environmental issue. 1993 Earth Day events are designed to honor indigenous peoples around the world. As, written AIRFA offers no protection for for sacred sites or native prisoners' rights to practice their religion, along with the sacramental use of peyote and eagle feathers,,
