The research group suggests that such an impact is sufficaint enough to justify the rejection of all the proposed routes in the Chimney Rock Section of the GO Road.

The completion of the GO Road via any proposed Chimney Rock alternatives will produce an irreparable impact of the spiritual well-being of the adjacent Yurok, Karuk, and Tolowa communities."
