During the U.S. District Courts trial the plaintiffs provided key testimony from an environmental engineer, stating that the Environmental Impact Statement failed to addressed landslide probabilities with the loss of soil from the GO Road construction and timber harvesting in the area. This is the second geologist to testify against the validity of the Environmental Impact Statement.
