Abstract

Kerry Beane writes; "it is time for the courts to acknowledge and encourage understanding of American's cultural heritage if justice is to be shared by all people. A pristine environment for the sake of cultural duty should not be too much to require, when one knows that it is crucial to the existence of all present and future humanity.
Unknown writer- Where such powerful arguments against the government can be marshaled there's no need to add religion into the balance. Where they cannot, religious beliefs should not endow its adherents with any special privileges.
