Abstract
The government wants to open the sacred area called the High County for logging but environmental groups have raised the question of water quality and other environmental concerns. Attorney for Native Americans, Marilyn Miles also says the issue of Freedom of Religion might have been opposed by the high courts but the lower courts may be more receptive to the issues.
