Concerning the construction of the Gasquet Orleans road in the U.S. Districts courts: After twelve-days of a nonjury trial, it is anticipated the judge will make his ruling by May 14th.
Judge Weigel has told both sides to send their final facts and conclusions of law, as well as proposals of how the dispute should legally be settled by April 25th.
