" If the Forest Service goes ahead and puts through this violates constitutional rights. road illegally in violation of basic constitution law in violation of basic rights then they will have to admit to the world and themselves that theirs is the strongest, over the weakest, the rich over the poor, the lawless over law-abiding people.
