Abstract

"These roadless areas will remain in their present undeveloped state until the land use planning process, including draft and final environmental statements, is completed. One alternative, to be considered during the planning process and presented in the environmental statements, will be a Wilderness Study Area encompassing those lands in the planning unit which are unroaded and and undeveloped."
